Canowindra Arts Exhibition 3rd to 7th March Following on from the success of the first “Artful Eight” exhibition in October exhibition organisers are pleased announce the 2nd in the Series. Focused on providing local and near regional artists a quality opportunity to display their works it is exciting to have 4 new artists exhibiting along with new works by previous artists. The exhibition will be in the old IGA/Hardware store in Gaskill Street and will be open at 10.00am daily and close late on Friday 3rd for the official opening and Saturday 4th to allow dinner patrons to visit. Other days we will close at 4.00pm. There will be works to cater for every taste and these original works will be for sale. Social dancing in Canowindra a great way to meet people and make new Friends
Free dance lessons - If you are new to dancing or would like to brush up on your skills, why not join the free dance lesson. The free lessons are held 1pm - 1:45pm (wear comfortable clothes and shoes that support your feet). These are held prior to each of the Sunday dances. Come along and step through one of the easier dances; you might be surprised at how quickly you learn the sequence and how much fun dancing can be. Everyone is welcome to stay on and enjoy the music, or to join in the dancing during the afternoon. It’s not necessary to bring a partner; singles and couples are welcome.
