This wine was awarded a gold medal and was name wine of the show at the cowra wine show July 2015
Winemaking:This wine was hand picked in February 2012. It was picked just before full ripeness, to obtain a dry base wine. It was fermented dry, a sugar solution and yeast added to create bubbles. To develop and mature on the yeast. It was disgorged and bottled in November 2013.
Colour:Pale straw with fine bubbles
Bouquet:The aromas comprise white peach, grapefruit and melon.
Palate:The palate is rich with attractive fruit expression. The flavours are tropical fruit, melon and nectarine. The wine has a soft, slightly textural mouthfeel.
Cellaring:This bubbly is drinking particularly well now and should be enjoyed
