Eye fillet of Beef seasoned with rosemary & garlic wrapped
in prosciutto sealed & baked - served with mushrooms, Dutch
cream potatoes seasoned with caraway seeds & baked in olive
oil, sugar snaps & Bok Choy, garnished with deep fried sweet
potato sticks
Striploin of pork seasoned with star anise, salt & garlic
& glazed with honey then baked, served with baked Dutch cream
potatoes rolled in chives, baked eschalots, local asparagus wrapped
in prosciutto and seasonal greens. garnished with deep fried sweet
potato sticks.
Skin on ocean trout marinated in lemon juice, cracked pepper and
olive oil and chargrilled. Served with baby Spinach, oven roasted
tomatoes, blanched snow peas dressed with Dijon mustard, lemon
juice and olive oil with cubes of avocado and blanched
asparagus.
