The Grenache grapes were hand picked and gently crushed and rested overnight to extract some colour from the red grapes ,then gently pressed berfore fermenting . This wine has a fresh vibrance, it has been settled in stainless steel and bottled young. At 12% alcohol this is a wine that goes well with food.
